The 3rd Executive Meeting of Suryodaya Municipality for F/Y 2082/83 was convened on 12th Ashad 2082 (August 28, 2025) to review and discuss critical agendas for advancing local governance. Key discussions included the review of previous meeting decisions, disclosure of annual policies and programs, approval of program implementation guidelines, and updates from ward-level committees. The meeting also addressed important issues such as public procurement amendments, revenue contract management, drinking water and sanitation standards, and health programs for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Further agendas involved the development of tea-garden-based trails, establishment of a tea testing and research center, nutrition-friendly ward declaration process, irregular expenditure review, and periodic plan preparation. Matters concerning education regulations, child teacher allowances, social security enrollment for contract staff, and the management of three-wheeled vehicles were also prioritized.
